Damage can unfortunately occur. It is certainly not the intention that damaged samples are delivered. Unfortunately we cannot prevent it in 100% of the cases. That is because all samples are sent by post.
Perhaps - if the sample is broken - you can still make a choice? When receiving a sample, it is mainly about the color and structure. And they continue to be assessed as well.
A real order is packed very carefully, and transported and delivered on pallets by specialists. The chance of breakage is limited to a minimum.
