How do I order online?

Fill the shopping cart with the products of your choice.

Order 10% extra for cutting losses and breakage.

Easy quick ordering
We support PayPal and MultiSafePay, so if you use either of these, both buyer and seller are protected. In addition, shipping can be arranged immediately, because we can instantly see that your order has been paid. As soon as shipping has been arranged, you will receive an email confirming this.

Extra options
If you wish to leave a message about your order, no problem. You can enter any remarks in the space reserved for the purpose in the shopping cart. If appropriate, you will always receive a response from us. (For example, if you only want to receive the order in 2 weeks, you can make a note of this with your order.)

When will you receive your order? We usually use DHL for correct and prompt deliveries within 24 to 48 hours in the Benelux. Outside the Benelux, customers are called or emailed by the various carriers about delivery.

Shipping costs

Home delivery rates appear automatically in the shopping cart, before the payment menu.

Samples are sent at normal postage rates. You will see the amount when ordering, before the payment menu.

Shipment may be subject to delay or forces beyond our control, such as weather conditions or mechanical breakdowns. The times given to you are indicative, and never binding.

Track & Trace code
Benelux: On the day of shipping, you will receive an email from DHL containing the Track & Trace code. Sometimes you will only receive the code in the evening, and it usually only works after 21:00. You can use the code to find out when your order will be delivered.

Make sure you're at home!

Before you accept goods, you have to sign for them, so please make sure you're at home when your order is delivered.
